Chris R. Grant is pleased to announce the formation of Stonecrest Builders, LLC, a Las Vegas based, full service general construction, real estate development and consulting company.

Stonecrest Builders continues the fourteen year tradition of its principals’ constructing and developing significant real estate projects for its clients in southern Nevada and southern California. The company builds and develops mid to large-scale commercial, multi-unit residential, industrial and retail projects for third party clients and for its own real estate portfolio.

The company is proud to hold an “unlimited” general contractors license in the state of Nevada, and through an affiliate company, holds a general contractor’s license in the state of California.

The principals and senior management team of Stonecrest Builders possess more that seventy years of experience in the general construction and real estate development industries, which experience reflects construction and development of more than one and one half billion dollars worth of commercial and multi-unit residential projects. This combined technical and project management expertise provides our clients with a wide array of professional services spanning all segments of the general construction and real estate industries.

Stonecrest Builders is currently constructing and/or developing, among others, the $50,000,000 Turtle Creek Apartment project in Henderson, NV, the $25,000,000 Stonecrest mixed-use commercial park in Victorville, CA and the $2,000,000 American Pacific retail project in Henderson, NV. The company is also providing pre-construction consultancy services for development of the $250,000,000, 500 unit Promenada at Rainbow mixed-use condominium and retail project in Las Vegas, NV.
