RBF PROUDLY ANNOUUNCES JOHN NAGLE - PRESIDENT OF ASCE SOUTHERN NEVADA BRANCH

Las Vegas, NV, October 2, 2006 - RBF Consulting (RBF) is pleased to announce the installation of John Nagle, PE, a Senior Associate in RBF's Las Vegas office, as the 2006-07 President of the Southern Nevada Branch of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).

The Southern Nevada Branch is dedicated to serving its members and the community through its cooperation with the national organization of ASCE. The organization's many volunteers give their time and talents to provide professional training and development through educational outreach programs, student scholarships, networking opportunities, and community service. The Branch also offers guidance to young engineers through their Younger Member Forum (YMF).

The office of President requires Mr. Nagle to preside over the Branch and to represent the profession as a spokesperson for the Society.


"My main goals in serving as President of the Southern Nevada Branch are to increase the organization's visibility, introduce the civil engineering profession to students, provide valuable and relevant services to our members, and expand the skill base for engineers in the profession," stated Mr. Nagle.

Mr. Nagle has over 19 years of experience in water resources engineering, and has served in past leadership positions within ASCE. Mr. Nagle is a registered professional engineer in Nevada as well as California, is a registered Nevada Water Rights Surveyor and serves in a leadership role within RBF.
