National Association of Industrial and Office Properties Announces 2006 Bus Tour

Las Vegas - September 19, 2006 - The Southern Nevada Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) is hosting their annual Bus Tour in cooperation with Marnell Properties. The Bus Tour will be held Friday, October 6, departing from and returning to the Stardust Hotel Convention facility.

The Bus Tour is an annual event that brings together more than 500 local executives who board buses and tour the local commercial real estate market. The attendees will be introduced to new office and industrial properties throughout the valley. Registration will begin at 11:00 a.m., featuring a buffet lunch along with a chance for attendees to view various exhibits prior to the start of the bus tour and will conclude with a gala cocktail reception.

Participants will also receive a tour guidebook with information on each of the showcased properties including the developer, broker, contractor, property square footage, and lease or sale rates.
