Silver State Bank Announces $1,293,802 Loan Transaction

LAS VEGAS - Silver State Bank Vice President, Mike Rogers recently negotiated a $1,293,802 loan for Williams Financial Services, LLC. The loan will be used for the purchase of 5,077 square feet of office space located at 6135 South Rainbow Blvd in Las Vegas.

Henderson-based Silver State Bancorp operates nine branches in Southern Nevada through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Silver State Bank. Locations are 400 N. Green Valley Parkway (corporate headquarters), 4200 E. Sunset Road and 65 W. Lake Mead Drive in Henderson; 170 S. Rainbow Blvd, 5547 S.
