Harsch Investment Properties Announces Lease Transaction

Mojave Foods signed a 5-year, $325,000 lease for 16,016 square feet of industrial space in the Craig Commerce Center, located at 2711 E. Craig Road, Suite F/G, in North Las Vegas. Shalonda Hughes of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant. Alma Vasquez of Harsch Investment Properties acted as the Harsch leasing agent.

Las Vegas Dyno-Tech, LLC signed a 3-year, $72,000 lease for 2,533 square feet of industrial space in the Speedway Commerce Center, located at 6947 Speedway Boulevard, S-101, in Las Vegas. Bill Legere of Burr Legere Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant. Alma Vasquez of Harsch Investment Properties acted as the Harsch leasing agent.
