Dan Adamson of ROI Commercial Real Estate reports that he recently represented the Sellers in the sale of the 104,282 SF commercial retail building at 2260 South Rainbow (Northeast corner of Sahara & Rainbow), for a purchase price of $12,232,816. Formerly owned and operated as the "House 2 Home" big box store, the currently vacant retail space sits on a 7.73 acre parcel. Adamson reports that after a lengthy period of negotiations, escrow closed in approximately thirty days. The purchaser was Samm Rainbow, LLC on behalf of Harley-Davidson, Inc. Harley-Davidson adds this huge retail location to its corporate inventory of some of the largest motorcycle showrooms in the world.
