Summerlin Area 52,000 Square Foot Shopping Center Has Commenced Construction

David Zacharia of DZ Realty, LLC announces construction has commenced on the $15,000,000.00, Apache Center located at the southwest corner of Spring Mountain and Fort Apache Roads. Dollar Tree will occupy 11,000 square feet of the 52,000 square foot shopping center as anchor tenant. Construction is estimated to be finished by the end of the year and space is still available for lease.
