DCC architects Completes Perini Office Building at CityCenter

Las Vegas, NV - DCC architects announces the completion of the 2-story, 88,000 SF office building for Perini Building Company. The structure is located at 4886 Frank Sinatra Drive in Las Vegas.

The project was fast-tracked through 2 phases with the second phase ending in January 2007.
Aspects of the building include the phase one ground floor used as office space for Perini and the second phase upper floor of tenant build outs for several major sub-contractors and Perini's project accounting department. The upper floor also includes a conference room for subcontractor meetings as well as office space for Clark County Building and Fire Departments field project staff.

The building was designed to accommodate functional but flexible spaces that will serve the expanding needs of Perini's CityCenter project management team. The main focus was to separate departments while maintaining an open office plan by use of modular furniture. Most offices and conference rooms were placed at the interior to allow daylight to be shared by employees of the open office areas.

The office building, located in the shadows of the New York, New York Hotel & Casino, was built by the Perini Building Company to house the project management staff overseeing the MGM Mirage CityCenter Complex.
