Heller Companies completes Valley View Business Center

LAS VEGAS - Heller Companies, a Las Vegas-based commercial real estate development and management firm, has announced its completion of the Valley View Business Center, located at Valley View and Sunset Rd.

The development is one of the largest multi-tenant office/industrial flex space projects in the Las Vegas market, featuring 554,000-square feet of office, showroom and warehouse space with access to major freeways, McCarran Airport and the Las Vegas Strip.

"Valley View Business Center offers companies a unique opportunity to expand during the lease as the company grows," Heller Companies principal Jay Heller said.

Current occupancy at the development stands at 98% - reflecting the strong demand for office and industrial space in the southwest sub-market. To help meet that demand, Heller Companies will soon break ground on the construction of an additional commercial project called Decatur Business Center - also situated in the southwest part of the valley.

"The high demand is driving the construction. We've found we need to provide our current customers additional space to expand." Heller said.
