New Principal Joins Natural Resource Group's Las Vegas Office

Natural Resource Group, LLC (NRG) a nationwide environmental and public affairs consulting firm, is pleased to announce that Tom Umenhofer has joined the company as a principal and manager of NRG's Las Vegas office. Offering a strong background in air and water quality and local, state, and federal environmental policy analysis, Mr. Umenhofer will focus on client service, business development and the continued growth and expansion of NRG's office in Las Vegas.

Mr. Umenhofer has more than 30 years of experience in the field of environmental consulting, assisting clients in the energy industry with all phases of projects from feasibility analysis through licensing and construction. Other significant accomplishments include serving as an instructor in air pollution meteorology at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and receiving the Meritorious Service Medal for his severe-storm seminars while serving in the Air National Guard. Mr. Umenhofer founded Sierra-Pacific Environmental, Inc. in 1993, where he was president and CEO until its merger with another environmental consulting firm in 1999.
