Gatski Commercial Represents Client in Purchase of Lake Mead Plaza

Las Vegas, August 18, 2008 - Rob Lujan, Jason Simon, and Frank Gatski of Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services represented SANNIK LLC in the purchase of Lake Mead Plaza, two retail pad buildings totaling 12,900 square feet at 6520 and 6540 E. Lake Mead Blvd. in Las Vegas. The transaction is valued at $6.4 million.

SANNIK LLC also retained Gatski Commercial to handle property management, leasing, maintenance and landscaping for Lake Mead Plaza, which is located at East Lake Mead Blvd. and Hollywood Blvd.

The Lake Mead Plaza is anchored by a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market and has tenants such as Starbucks, Domino's Pizza, Subway, American Family Insurance, Great Clips, Anytime Fitness and Silver State Schools Credit Union.
