Best Business Advice:

Be yourself and treat others as you wish to be treated.

How do you retain your best and brightest employees?

Care about them and do things they will remember.

What do you like most and least about your industry?

Most is the opportunity to help others with their need.  Least is the bottom dollar.  It is so often about the bottom dollar and not the relationships.  Without relationships we are all lost.

Who is a surprising source of wisdom in your life?

My late grandfather.  He always said to remember those you pass going up the ladder as you never know when you may see them on the way back down.

If you had the chance to be in a different line of work, what would that be?

Professional racing.

Presently, in my line of work...

...there is much uncertainty but with perseverance there is much opportunity.

Unsuspecting fact about yourself:

I love motorsports, high risk and high speed…at least until I get a little older then I might change to golf.

What three values do you hope to pass on to your employees?

Faith, Honesty, Integrity.

What is the most important thing you learned from your parents?

The value of family, friends and relationships.
