I enjoy the challenges of day to day issues, as well as knowing that no two days are ever the same.

If you could start over and choose a different profession, what would it be?  

I wouldn’t choose another profession because construction is my passion.

How do you spend your time when you’re not working?

Traveling. I like seeing new things.

Be a good listener, let people be creative and do not micromanage.

Do you think the Valley’s construction market will be as strong or stronger in the next few years?

Yes, it will be stronger in the years to come. The construction market will be strong with all the surrounding areas around Las Vegas opening to new developments due to continuing population growth. Commercial construction will still be strong with all the demand of retail, healthcare, and professional offices to accommodate newly developed communities.
