12 percent drop in Sparks leads to flat Washoe sales
Sales of existing homes were flat in May as an unusual drop in activity in Sparks helped snap three straight months of double-digit gains in Washoe County. Median sales price, meanwhile, continued to decline, a reflection of the Washoe market's difficulty finding a pricing bottom.
