Reno-area home sales pick up in April; prices down a third from a year ago
Existing single family home sales increased 36 between April 2008 and April 2008, the Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors said today. There were 419 sales of existing single-family homes in April, Reatlors said. That was a 14 percent increase over the previous month.
