Price decline eases
Home prices continued to fall in the nation's top metro areas in April, but a slowdown in the decline has some hopeful that the U.S. housing market might be starting to stabilize. Some local observers, however, believe that great buys in the local inventory will linger and that the housing market is breathing again.
