Reno, Nev. – Dickson Commercial Group recently represented the seller in the disposition of the freestanding building and associated parking lot at 132 E. 2nd Street. The building was located on the corner of 2nd and Lake street, and is one block from the new Marriott hotel and Greater Nevada Field.
It featured a freestanding building in shell condition and 0.64 acres of land. The property was sold for $1,395,000 to an owner-user. Joel Fountain and Gary Tremaine of DCG represented the seller. The downtown submarket continues to see resurgence in both new development and investor/developers repositioning older, existing buildings.
