Reno – Bobbi McKinney, an assistant vice president at First Independent Bank, was recently promoted to business development officer.
In her new position, McKinney’s focus will be attracting new business to First Independent Bank and to concentrate on building customer relationships, retention, and growth. She has been with First Independent Bank for nine years, both as an administrative officer and prior to that, in administration for senior management.
“Providing excellent customer service is imperative to me,” said McKinney. “I have the great opportunity to be part of First Independent Bank, which puts an incredible emphasis on helping the customer and building a banking relationship. These are qualities that are also personally meaningful to me.”
Born and raised in the Reno area, McKinney has more than 30 years of banking experience in Northern Nevada. She will be based out of First Independent Bank’s Kietzke Lane Branch.
