Dickson Realty primed to assist those relocating to area for job opportunities
Reno – Dickson Realty has announced Kylie Rowe as Vice President of Relocation and Agent Services to assist new companies moving to the region as well as to support Dickson Realty REALTORS with the tools they need to succeed. Dickson Realty is the first realty company in northern Nevada to create such a role to assist domestic and international companies and their employees moving to the region.
“Kylie is an excellent communicator, a great researcher, as well as a positive and bright collaborator,” said Nancy Fennell, President of Dickson Realty. “We need a smart, creative person working on researching and meeting people from these companies on a daily basis to assist them with their relocation and real estate needs.”
Rowe’s community impact spans across the University of Nevada, Reno and within Reno’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. In 2014, Kylie was selected as the Assistant Director of the Ozmen Center for Entrepreneurship in The College of Business at the University of Nevada, Reno. Rowe was recognized as an influencer and connector between the University and community in EDAWN’s 52-card Start Up Deck. Kylie was an emcee and currently serves as a member of the program committee for TEDxUniversityofNevada. Since 2009, she has owned a small real estate investment business.
Rowe is the former President of the Graduate Student Association, where she represented more than 3,000 graduate and professional students at the University of Nevada, Reno. She was also elected as the Secretary of the Nevada Student Alliance and developed statewide initiatives that represented more than 100,000 students in the Nevada System of Higher Education. Rowe has a degree in Economics and a Master of Social Work from the University of Nevada, Reno. She has also participated in Zhejiang University’s Entrepreneurship in China” summer program that aims to provide key insights into how entrepreneurship operates in China. She plans to graduate with a Master in Business Administration in 2017.
