RENO – The Reno/Sparks Association of REALTORS (RSAR) has named REALTOR and RSAR member, Tamara Nordmeyer, as a recipient of the Spotlight of Excellence Award. The Spotlight of Excellence Award is a bi-yearly honor that recognizes RSAR members who provide selfless and extraordinary service to the community, their clients and customers. The award is in its second year.
Nordmeyer is a REALTOR for United Country Real Estate and Cowboy Country Realty in Winnemucca, Nev. She is also a volunteer for the Saddle Up for St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital Ride, the Pony Express Ride, and she rescues homeless mustangs.
“Tamara helps us put on and participate in the St. Jude’s Charity Ride that raises money for the organization,” said Eileen Bailey, owner of C Horse Ranch. “She has been instrumental in raising approximately $9,000 for this worthy cause.”
Originally from Texas, Nordmeyer has more than 15 years of real estate experience. She now lives on a horse property in the country near Winnemucca with her family and her horses. She loves helping people in the Winnemucca and surrounding communities. She thrives when she helps buyers and sellers through real estate transactions and helps create a “win-win” situation for all parties.
