Members of the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS are volunteering to help Habitat for Humanity Las Vegas build a home in Henderson for a deserving local homeowner.
It is the 13th local Habitat home GLVAR and its members have supported over the years. In addition to volunteer labor, GLVAR donated $100,000 to Habitat for Humanity Las Vegas for this year’s home-building project.
GLVAR President Scott Beaudry led a group of local REALTORS who turned out May 3 to stand walls and begin framing the house that should be completed by the end of the summer for local Habitat homeowner Marian Galinato.
