Chef Carla Pellegrino will begin offering daily breakfast service beginning May 2
Las Vegas –Bratalian Neopolitan Restaurant by Chef Carla Pellegrino is celebrating serving breakfast to patrons beginning May 2. The new breakfast menu, created with popular dishes with an Italian twist, will be available Wednesday through Friday, 8 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. and Saturday through Sunday, 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. with bottomless Mimosas available for $17.99
The award winning Italian restaurant is known for its fresh ingredients and authentic Italian cooking, appealing to all its guests. With the goal of incorporating that same flair into her new breakfast menu, Chef Pellegrino will offer a wide variety of breakfast items such as:
• The Shrek Skillet – Basquaise style roasted potatoes, Champignon Mushrooms, spinach, Italian sausage, smoked Gouda cheese, bacon strips, and three sunny side up or scrambled eggs
• Smoked Salmon Plate – Smoked salmon, caper berries, split toasted bagel, whipped cream cheese, and a sliced gherkin
• The Mediterranean – Egg whites omelet, tomatoes, spinach, Champignon mushrooms and Feta cheese
• Huevos Rancheros – Bacon fat black beans, Avocado, salsa and two sunny side up eggs over corn or whole wheat tortillas
“We are very excited to be able to offer our patrons an authentic Italian breakfast experience,” said Carla Pellegrino, owner and executive chef of Bratalian Neopolitan Cantina. “Our new breakfast service will offer the same level of quality, fresh ingredients, and authentic Italian cooking that our guests have come to expect, and love from our dinner menu.”
Chef Carla Pellegrino is known around the world for her culinary expertise. Covering both coasts, Pellegrino is currently the Executive Chef at the Miami hot spot, Touche, and Executive Chef and Owner of Bratalian Neapolitan Cantina in Las Vegas. The dynamic chef, who was previously the Executive Chef and owner of Rao’s Las Vegas at Caesars Palace, has been featured in numerous national media outlets, including: “The Today Show,” “CBS This Morning,” “Fox News,” “Bon Appetit” and “Food & Wine” magazine. Pellegrino’s restaurant, Bratalian, was named “Best New Restaurant,” while her restaurant, Bacio, was named “Best Italian Restaurant,” by the Las Vegas Review-Journal’s “Best of Las Vegas” awards in 2011. Pellegrino has been recognized multiple times by the esteemed James Beard Foundation as the host of the organization’s “Spring in Italy” and “Women in Food” events.
