Dermody Properties recently announced plans to develop a 550,000-square-foot industrial facility at Las Vegas Boulevard near North Walnut Road in North Las Vegas.
Dermody Properties will start construction on the facility, known as LogistiCenter(SM) at Las Vegas Boulevard, in the second quarter of 2016 and expects to complete construction in late 2016. Upon completion, LogistiCenterSM at Las Vegas Boulevard will feature 36 feet of clear height, 322 car parking spaces and 53 trailer parking spaces. United Construction Company, a national construction firm headquartered in Nevada, will be the design-build contractor.
Dermody Properties recently completed and fully leased its LogistiCenter(SM) at Cheyenne facility, a 381,804-square-foot facility also located in the North Las Vegas submarket in the heart of the Interstate 15 corridor.
Dermody Properties has been involved in the Las Vegas industrial market since 1974 and has developed more than four million square feet in the market since that time.

LogistiCenter(SM) at Las Vegas Boulevard will be ideal for e-commerce, warehouse, distribution and manufacturing operations. The development will be suitable for up to four tenants, depending on their building requirements. The facility will offer an additional eight to nine acres of excess land for retail or office building development.
