Rob McCoy has joined Kaempfer Crowell and will lead the firm’s litigation practice. McCoy brings years of litigation experience to Kaempfer Crowell and specializes in the area of complex commercial and tort litigation. He has substantial experience representing banks and lenders, defending large scale pharmaceutical and medical device cases, and litigating corporate contract and other commercial disputes.

McCoy also represents pharmaceutical manufacturers in a number of high-profile cases involving a variety of products and medical devices. He has defended cases involving prescription medications for the treatment of arthritis, depression, and gastrointestinal conditions. In addition, he has defended cases involving medical devices, such as artificial back discs, mechanical heart valves, artificial joints, and orthopedic screws and plates. McCoy’s product liability experience also includes defending cases involving a variety of automobile and bus components, as well as of the defense of multiple defendants in asbestos exposure cases.
