LAS VEGAS – Nevada State Bank has promoted Desiree Belcher to communications officer, supporting the Bank’s public relations efforts. Belcher is tasked with the development and implementation of communications plans and activities for internal colleagues as well as the public.
Belcher joined Nevada State Bank in 2012 and was previously the internal communications officer for the bank. She is a volunteer with Nevada State Bank’s partner school, Ruby Thomas Elementary, in addition to volunteering with the Magical Forest at Opportunity Village.
“Desiree has clearly established her communications skills over the last few years and I am very confident in her ability to provide public relations support for Nevada State Bank,” said Sandi Milton, senior vice president/ marketing communications & events manager for Nevada State Bank. “She is a great asset to the communications department and her input is always valued.”
Belcher earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno.
