Mobile app allows PT’s, Sierra Gold and Sean Patrick’s guests the ability to activate customized offers and exclusive rewards on the go
LAS VEGAS – PT’s Entertainment Group (PTEG), a division of Golden Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ:GDEN) and the largest traditional tavern operator in Nevada, has launched a mobile app that complements its award-winning tavern experience with on-the-go rewards. The app, “PT’s Entertainment Group Mobile App,” is now available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Core features of the intuitively designed app include an offer center where the company’s Golden Rewards and Beer & Bites members can access and activate customized promotional offers, give the gift of PT’s, Sierra Gold or Sean Patrick’s cocktails and food items to other guests, earn badges based on in-app activity and receive instant notifications about offers and special events.
“The modern gaming industry continues to evolve, and we wanted to reach a significant segment of our community via technology that is becoming more and more popular each day,” said Ross Gdovin, vice president of marketing for Golden Entertainment. “Our guests want an easy way to view and activate their offers without leaving their seat. Not only have we delivered just that, but also a truly engaging, rewarding and environmentally friendly experience.”
Other features of this new app include a guest account portal, location finder and detailed food menus organized by brand. Gdovin said the PT’s Entertainment Group app is the first of its kind in the local tavern market in terms of robust offer and gifting functionality.
In addition to the app, all 46 establishments operated by PTEG in southern Nevada, including PT’s, Sierra Gold and Sean Patrick’s locations, will now have an in-tavern offer redemption center/kiosk. At the kiosk, guests can activate Golden Rewards and Beer & Bites offers, view their point and comp balance, membership tier status and previously redeemed offers.
Gdovin said the mobile app also has environmental benefits for the company and its guests, saving paper and energy by significantly reducing the amount of mail the company plans to send by the end of 2016 in favor of rewards delivered via the in-tavern offer redemption centers, PT’s Entertainment Mobile App, e-mail, SMS and other electronic methods.
