Vice president of customer experience to discuss marketing Las Vegas
HENDERSON – Hugh Sinnock, vice president of customer experience for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA), will discuss marketing Las Vegas during the Henderson Chamber of Commerce’s next network breakfast from 7 to 9 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, at the Wildhorse Golf Club, 2100 W. Warm Springs Road.
The breakfast is sponsored by FranNet.
The LVCVA is the destination marketing organization for Las Vegas and Southern Nevada, and its mission centers on attracting visitors by promoting the destination as the world’s most desirable for leisure and business travel. The LVCVA also owns and operates the Las Vegas Convention Center and Cashman Center.
As vice president of customer experience, Sinnock is directly responsible for overseeing the public service offerings of the Las Vegas Convention Center and Cashman Center, including oversight of in-house partners, Aramark, FedEx Office, American Express OPEN, Hoopla and Cox Business. He also oversees the Convention Services and Destination Services departments of the LVCVA.
Cost for the event is $25 for members and $45 for non-members. There will be an additional $10 charge for walk-ins. The last day to RSVP is Friday, Oct. 9. Cancellations are required by the RSVP deadline to receive a refund. RSVP online at hendersonchamber.com.
