RENO, Nevada – The construction of up to 138 new homes is underway as part of two new single family development projects by Desert Wind Homes and funded by First Independent Bank, a division of Western Alliance Bank.
Including these latest projects, First Independent Bank has committed more than $30 Million in loans as it works with numerous local builders to meet the needs of Northern Nevada’s housing market.
“There is incredible demand in Northern Nevada for new homes and we’re pleased to be in a position to make new housing developments a reality,” said Bob Francl, Executive Vice President Regional Manager of First Independent Bank.
First Independent Bank’s $6 Million in funding allows Desert Wind Homes to complete two subdivisions in Sparks, Nevada. The Kiley Ranch subdivision will feature four available floor plans, while the Galleria development will offer three floor plan options. Homes in both developments begin in the high $200’s.
