LAS VEGAS – Nevada State Bank has named Jennifer Turner retail business banking sales manager. Turner will oversee the Southern Nevada retail development officers and support the branch teams in implementing processes and practices that enhance customer service and company growth.
Turner brings nearly 16 years of banking experience to this position, serving branches and the bank’s retail network. She most recently served as a regional market manager, where she was instrumental in enhancing the region’s performance.
“Jennifer has a strong passion and ability for coaching and mentoring, which has produced tremendous results,” said Craig Kirkland, executive vice president and director of retail banking for Nevada State Bank. “Her drive, collaboration, and focus on colleague development will be critical to the retail development officers’ continued success.”
A strong supporter of community involvement, Turner volunteers her time for various activities, including American Heart Association, Banking on Your Future, Junior Achievement, Las Vegas Rescue Mission and autism awareness. She is currently pursuing a degree in business administration at College of Southern Nevada.
