Reno, Nev. – Dennis Bradley has joined Dickson Commercial Group, bringing approximately 40 years of experience to the team. Bradley specializes in land sales of subdivision land, master planned communities and bulk land sales. He has worked as a broker in Southern California, Texas and Southern Nevada.
Bradley began his career in real estate working within Colorado’s central mountain markets, just west of Denver. Bradley then traveled to Australia where he was responsible for marketing luxury resort properties across the continent. After his time in Australia, Bradley returned to the states where he served as director for Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services.
In 2003, Bradley shifted his focus to the real estate and land brokerage market in the High Desert/Inland Empire of Southern California and Southern Nevada. After working within this market for five years, Bradley moved to San Antonio, Texas, to continue his services in land brokerage and entitlements. Bradley served on the Legislative and Government Affairs Committee of the Greater San Antonio Builder’s Association where he testified for construction and bills concerning real estate at the state capital during the 2009 legislative session.
In 2011, Bradley traveled back out west to the Inland Empire of Southern California to focus on non-performing loans and troubled asset dissolutions.
In early 2014, Bradley became interested in the Reno-Tahoe market due to its recent economic growth and made the decision to join the commercial real estate market of the area. Bradley is also a member of the Builder’s Associate of Northern Nevada (BANN) and the Nevada Water Resources Association (NWRA).
Bradley is joining Dickson Commercial Group at an opportune time. Regional studies indicate a growing demand for housing in the Reno/Sparks area, a demand that the building community will try to meet. Preliminary estimates project a housing unit gap of 35,000 in the Reno area by the year 2020. Secondly, the 2015 Nevada Legislature passed construction defect reform, which will be a great benefit for the construction industry and both local and national builders.
Bradley’s experience with land brokerage will help Dickson Commercial Group initiate more land sales for future housing development to meet the growing housing demand.
