Reno, Nev. – The National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges (NCJFCJ) has elected Richard B. Bennett, founding partner of Durbin Bennett Private Wealth Management, LLC, as their first non-judicial director.
Richard Bennett has more than twenty-five years of experience working with affluent individuals, families and their closely held entities providing integrated private wealth management services.
“I am honored to serve on the board of this thriving nonprofit,” said Richard. “I am dedicated to the time and commitment to improve the lives of families and children who seek justice. As the NCJFCJ Board of Directors continues to evolve, we will be able progress because of the diversity of our membership.”

Bennett is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional, Certified Public Accountant and Personal Financial Specialist. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Public Accountants, the Estate Planning Council of Central Texas, Investment Management Consultants Association, and the International Board of Certified Financial Planners. Richard graduated with a BBA in Accounting from the business school at The University of Texas at Austin.
