Regional Retail, Dining and Entertainment Destination Continues To Hire Top Professionals
LAS VEGAS – Howard Hughes Corporation (NYSE: HHC) announced the hiring of Jeanie Haddox as Specialty Leasing Manager for Downtown Summerlin. Haddox joins the leadership team responsible for managing the 106-acre, 1.6 million-square-foot development, which represents the first phase of Downtown Summerlin.
In her role as Specialty Leasing Manager, Haddox is responsible for managing all common areas and short-term leasing initiatives. Her mission is to deliver a program that complements the permanent leasing merchandising plan for the retail component while focusing on new business development, events, sponsorships, advertising and other alternative revenue strategies.
Haddox brings 12 years of retail industry experience to the team. She most recently launched the Specialty Leasing program for Terramar’s The Headquarters at Seaport District in San Diego. Additional experience includes positions at Westfield, General Growth Properties and Taubman Properties.
Haddox attended Ohio University and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Globe Guilders and Fashion Group International. She serves on the Fashion Program Advisory Committee for The Art Institute of Las Vegas.
