Kudos to Executive Chef Wes Kendrick for being responsive to guests’ requests and creating a vibrant, healthy, whole foods vegan menu that anyone can enjoy. Would love to see his take on a vegan veggie burger and a chocolate dessert on a future incarnation of the menu.
