Table 34 Las Vegas, which is celebrating its 10th year in business, is introducing a new vegan menu.
Executive Chef Wes Kendrick said he created the menu in response to guest requests.
Chef Kendrick previewed some of the vegan menu items at Paul Graham and Mindy Tatti’s “Las Vegan Eatz Events” dinner on July 24, 2014.
