July’s Las Vegan Eatz dinner will take place at Table 34 Las Vegas, 600 E Warm Springs Road, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, July 24, 2014. “We are excited about our upcoming dinner — a five-course, plant-based meal prepared by Chef Wes Kendrick. It is wonderful that Table 34 is building a bridge to the growing number of people seeking these kinds of menu options,” said Paul Graham of Eating Vegan in Vegas and Las Vegan Eatz Events. Tickets to the July dinner are $42 and may be purchased here. The menu will feature White Bean, Red Pepper and Heirloom Tomato Bruschetta, Organic Summer Asparagus Puree, Organic Baby Arugula with Ruby Grapes, Crisp Green Apples and Citrus Dressing, Grilled Eggplant Stack with Zucchini, Wild Mushrooms, Roasted Peppers, Marinara and Basil and Grapefruit Granita with Grapefruit Segments and Fresh Berries . The evening will begin at 6 p.m. with a no-host happy hour vegan, organic, and sustainable wines will be available. Seating is limited featuring organic, sustainable wines. The dinner will start at 7 p.m. A limited number of tickets are available, so purchasing tickets early is recommended.
