Chief Executive Officer
How did you first get into your profession?
I started at 19 as a part-time janitor with a hospital in Washington State.
What do you like most and least about your industry?
What I like most about our industry is that we have the opportunity to truly impact our patient’s quality of life. What I like least is the constant attempts by the federal government to dictate what we can and cannot do for our community often through the control of dollars.
If you could be remembered for one thing, what would it be?
As a leader of an organization, my greatest achievement was developing future leaders.
What is the worst criticism you have overcome?
“Jim only cares about money, not people.”
What is a little known fact about yourself?
I enjoy hard rock music, which is a surprise for many people.
