LAS VEGAS – Queensridge Properties, LLC is proud to receive LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold-level certification on behalf of the company’s luxury residential high-rise towers, One Queensridge Place. The towers have been awarded this exclusive certification for their energy efficient property.

The inspection and certification process took several years to complete. The developer and board of directors of One Queensridge Place along with Rich Govitz, general manager of the One Queensridge Place homeowners association worked diligently to ensure the success and accomplishment of the certification.
“By conserving energy, One Queensridge Place also reduces operational costs and residents save on utility bills,” says Char.
Residents of the two towers will share in $3.7 million in property tax savings over the next 10 years. One Queensridge Place also received prestigious a property tax incentive from The Nevada Governor’s Office of Energy. LEED Certification is based on a 100-point scale distributed among six categories: sustainable sites, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources indoor environmental quality and innovation in design. The Gold-level certification is the second highest rating in the LEED ranking.
