Prudential Americana Group recognized its top individual real estate sales executives and teams at its annual sales event held in the Encore Las Vegas. The company, which operates the largest Prudential Real Estate franchises in both Nevada and Arizona, posted a record $2.5 billion sales volume in 2013.
During the program, CEO Mark Stark welcomed two of the most recent brokerage teams to have joined the company. “We are honored they chose to join the Americana family, feeling our environment, tools and support would be the best vehicle for them to grow and support their real estate business and clients.” Stark said. Among the teams joining the company were Sullivan Luxury Homes, which closed $11.9 million in sales volume in 2013 and Lopez Cosmopolitan Group with $12.6 million closed. “We look forward to helping these groups achieve all their goals for 2014 and beyond,” said Stark.
Stark recognized the company’s real estate teams that achieved national recognition, as part of the Top 10 Prudential Real Estate teams in the country. The McGarey Group and Jack Woodcock team achieved Top 10 status in commercial real estate and The Napoli Group, The Mulling Group and Shapiro & Sher Group achieved Top 10 status in residential real estate. All five teams will be recognized at the Prudential Real Estate national conference in Nashville next week.

For the third consecutive year, Prudential Americana Group’s Summerlin office was named Branch of the Year. Karen Javier, brokerage administrator, was named Employee of the Year and Kris Williams was named Rookie of the Year.
The Napoli Group was recognized as the company’s top contributor to the non-profit Sunshine Kids Foundation. The Americana Charitable Foundation supports dozens of organizations including Opportunity Village, Toys For Tots, The American Cancer Society, Move For Hunger, the Las Vegas Rescue Mission and the Sunshine Kids Foundation. Hundreds of real estate sales executives also donate to individual charities and give a percentage of their earnings with every home sale to non-profit organizations, amounting to hundreds of thousands donated over the years.
