Hamm’s practice focuses on the areas of business restructuring and insolvency, commercial law and creditors’ rights. Her diverse practice includes representing debtors, creditors and trustees in bankruptcy cases.
Hamm received her J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center and graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts. She was named a Mountain States Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2013.
Schwarz’ practice focuses on commercial litigation, commercial landlord-tenant litigation, intellectual property litigation, and civil appeals. He has successfully tried cases in both State and Federal Courts in Nevada. Schwarz is well attuned to recent changes in Nevada’s landlord-tenant statutes, and is also able to counsel clients on a wide range of intellectual property laws and technology disciplines.
Schwarz received his J.D., magna cum laude, from University of Illinois College of Law and graduated summa cum laude from St. Louis University with a Bachelor of Science. He was named a Mountain States Super Lawyer in 2013.
