Windmill Lane.LAS VEGAS – Colliers International – Las Vegas announced the finalization of a lease (NNN) to Direct Advantage Values Enterprises Inc. The 5,200-square-foot industrial property is located in the Pacifica Blue Diamond II LLC at 4280 W. Windmill Lane, Suite 101 in Las Vegas. The transaction value was in excess of $100,000. Michael De Lew, SIOR and Greg Pancirov, SIOR of Colliers International represented the lessee.
