Gordon Silver shareholders William M. Noall and Thomas H. Fell worked extensively on the project, with assistance from senior counsel Gabrielle A. Hamm and associate Kirk D. Homeyer.  Mr. Noall’s practice focuses on formal and informal business restructuring and insolvency, creditors’ rights, and commercial law.  His ability to successfully handle the most complex matters has earned him statewide and national recognition.  Mr. Fell practices in the fields of business restructuring and bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, commercial litigation, and landlord/tenant law.  Mr. Fell has been a part of the department since 1989 and brings significant experience to complex business restructuring matters.  Ms. Hamm focuses her practice in the areas of business restructuring and insolvency, commercial law, and creditors’ rights.  Mr. Homeyer practices in the corporate restructuring and complex insolvency involving both small and large companies.

Ahern Rentals, the largest independently owned equipment rental company in the United States, announced its Amended Plan of Reorganization confirmation by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada on June 4, 2013.  The confirmation allowed Ahern to emerge from a Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Ahern has continued business operations and improved its financial condition.
