Ahern Rentals, the largest independently owned equipment rental company in the United States, announced its Amended Plan of Reorganization confirmation by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada on June 4, 2013. The confirmation allowed Ahern to emerge from a Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Ahern has continued business operations and improved its financial condition.
