LAS VEGAS – The Nevada Association of REALTORS (NVAR) installed its new officers for 2014, led by incoming president and longtime Las Vegas REALTOR Kolleen Kelley.
During its annual installation event held Dec. 13 in Las Vegas, NVAR also installed 2014 President-elect Kevin Sigstad, of RE/MAX Premier Properties in Reno, and 2014 Treasurer Scott Beaudry, broker and owner of Universal Realty in Henderson. Sigstad is a former president of the Reno-Sparks Association of REALTORS (RSAR). Beaudry is a former board member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS (GLVAR).
Longtime Las Vegas REALTOR Patty Kelley (no relation to Kolleen Kelley) will serve as NVAR’s immediate past president in 2014.
Kolleen Kelley, who becomes president Jan. 1, previously served as NVAR’s 2013 president-elect. She is a past president of the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS and has served on numerous GLVAR and NVAR committees. She works with Elite Realty in Las Vegas and has more than 30 years of experience working in the real estate industry. At its annual awards event held Dec. 12 in Las Vegas, NVAR presented her with its REALTOR Achievement Award for outstanding service to local and state associations.
