Las Vegas, NV – Derek Rafie, first vice president of CBRE’s Land Team, announces the sale by NV Energy of approximately 38 acres in the southwest valley, just north of the 215 beltway between So. Buffalo Drive and So. Durango Drive, to Ryland Homes, a Southern California based homebuilder with offices in Las Vegas and throughout the country. The $14.8 million transaction was brokered by Rafie, who represented NV Energy in the deal. According to Rafie, Ryland intends to build homes on the land, which is zoned residential.
