Members of the Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services sales and leasing team participated in the NAIOP Southern Nevada annual fall event, DEALing in Las Vegas, last month.
The event focused on notable commercial real estate transactions completed in 2012 and 2013 in Southern Nevada.
Companies submitted their highest, lowest and most interesting deals in the industrial, office or retail industries. From these submissions, 10 noteworthy deals were chosen for short presentations. The brokers involved with the transactions discussed details of their specific transactions, insider information, tips, and reasons the deals took place.
According to Frank Gatski, CEO of Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services, “The presentations were very candid and very informative, providing us with a glimpse of what deals are happening in the Southern Nevada Commercial real estate market today. I was very proud to have six of my agents recognized at this event with three presenting.”
According to NAIOP, this type of event was virtually impossible over the last few years when the commercial real estate market came to a halt. “Due to the rebounding real estate market and overall economy in Southern Nevada, NAIOP is able to offer this educational inside-look at current commercial real estate transactions and expose the ‘How’ and ‘Why’ deals come together. NAIOP’s fall event is an opportunity for brokers to highlight their transactions and hear from other professionals who are actively involved in the industry.”
