On Thursday, Nov. 14, Colliers International – Las Vegas will host the LV Healthcare Real Estate Summit 2013 at the Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas.
The event will cover a variety of topics and trends in the evolving Las Vegas medical real estate industry, with topics ranging from the health care sector’s economic impact on Southern Nevada to what you need to know when leasing or investing in medical real estate. Speakers for the event include: Doug Geinzer, CEO of Las Vegas HEALS; Vance Farrow, industry specialist for health and medicine; John Wadsworth, director of healthcare properties for Colliers International; and more.
The Healthcare Real Estate Summit is the product of Mike Mixer, managing partner of Colliers International – Las Vegas, and the company’s Healthcare Services Group, consisting of industry veterans Stacy Scheer and Andrew Kilduff. The team envisioned the event as a method to efficiently educate owners and occupants of the Las Vegas medical community on the many facets of an ever-changing health care real estate landscape.
