The Orleans Hotel & Casino, Mardi Gras Ballroom, 4500 W. Tropicana Ave. Las Vegas
This type of event was virtually impossible over the last few years when the commercial real estate market came to a halt. Due to the rebounding real estate market and overall economy in Southern Nevada, NAIOP is able to offer this educational inside-look at current commercial real estate transactions and expose the ‘How’ and ‘Why’ deals come together. NAIOP’s fall event is an opportunity for brokers to highlight their transactions and hear from other professionals who are actively involved in the industry.
