(Las Vegas) – Firefly Tapas Kitchen and Bar announced that its Westside location at 9560 W. Sahara Ave., will resume serving lunch starting on Nov. 1. The location will also offer brunch every Saturday and Sunday.
“We’re very excited that we have the opportunity to bring back lunch and brunch to our ‘Friends of Firefly’ living or working in this area,” said John Simmons, owner and executive chef of Firefly. “Our fans can expect the dining and drink favorites they have grown to love, and we’re happy to once again move forward with great dining dishes during the daytime hours.”
Firefly is celebrating the lunch service with a new menu and a new “10 buck lunch” deal. The new menu items include several new “bocadillos,” which are Spanish sandwiches, and chicken-fried shrimp with chorizo gravy.
Firefly also serves brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Guests will recive free pumpkin beignets with their orders through the month of November. Brunch is available at the West Sahara and Henderson locations only.
