Local real estate professionals from the Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) continued their tradition of community service on Oct. 19, when nearly 20 volunteers from CALV and Acts of Kindness (AOK) teamed up to clean up trash and graffiti plaguing West Flamingo Park in the southwest part of Las Vegas.
CALV President Tedd Rosenstein, CALV President-elect Hayim Mizrachi and CALV Director Bobbi Miracle led a dedicated group of CALV staff, board members and their family members in donating their time and energy on a Saturday morning to clean up this well-used urban park.
Clark County provided paint, gloves, rags, bags and others supplies for CALV’s volunteers.
Rosenstein thanked all the volunteers affiliated with AOK, a community service group founded in 2007, saying “they were a huge help.” For more information about AOK, visit http://www.meetup.com/actsofkindness/.
