The expansion of MassMedia’s advertising efforts this year has included developing conceptually driven television ad campaigns for prominent clients, including: HealthCare Partners Nevada, a leading medical network in Southern Nevada, ABQ Health Partners, a multi-specialty medical group in New Mexico, and Valley Electric Association, a nonprofit electric cooperative based in Pahrump, Nev.

Under DiGioia’s leadership, MassMedia’s seasoned creative department developed overarching concepts for each TV campaign in order to encapsulate the clients’ core values and also appeal to specific demographics. For HealthCare Partners, that involved creating the now trademarked “I Am a HealthCare Partner” campaign, which introduced grateful patients in TV and print ads across Southern Nevada, with the goal of relaying the network’s comprehensive Total Care Model to seniors in the region.

MassMedia’s creative department additionally developed a simple but relatable “Andy the Apple” mascot for a separate TV campaign for ABQ Health Partners. Television ads featuring Andy the Apple were aimed at presenting the medical group as approachable and positive to the targeted Hispanic population in the area.

The creative team pursued a different style campaign for Valley Electric Association. MassMedia produced television ads featuring simple graphics and keywords, including “growth,” “opportunity,” and “potential.” The ads were intended to portray the company’s core values and promote its economic development.

To ensure the TV campaigns upheld clients’ objectives and appealed successfully to intended demographics, the creative team developed its conceptual ideas through brainstorming sessions, while regularly consulting with the clients. The team also hosted focus groups for the HealthCare Partners campaign to gauge its impact on senior audiences. The department tapped a leading production company, Abe Froman productions, to manifest the concepts into clean, high-quality ads.

The TV ads for these clients have run on top stations and programming, including FOX News, MSNBC, CNN, Nevada Newsmakers, Ralston Reports and VEGAS INC TV. The campaigns have served to boost brand awareness for the clients, helping attract additional patients to HealthCare Partners Nevada and ABQ Health Partners, and exposing Valley Electric Association’s energy initiatives to business leaders and politicians.
