HENDERSON, Nev. – The Henderson Chamber of Commerce will host its quarterly luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, at the Fiesta Henderson (Cancun Room), 777 W. Lake Mead Parkway.
At the luncheon, Tony Rubleski, president of Mind Capture Group, will present “Exceptional Mind Capture Customer Service.”
Sponsored by Bank of Nevada, the session will cover: the key characteristics of today’s customer; five simple, yet highly effective, ways to improve customer service; good and bad customer service examples and the powerful lessons they leave; proven and effective ways to stay in touch with top clients; why it takes years to earn trust and business and only seconds to lose it; and the No. 1 sin to avoid in marketing.
The author of “MIND CAPTURE: How to Generate New & Repeat Business In The Age of Advertising Overload,” Rubleski helps businesses, sales professionals and entrepreneurs move beyond ordinary marketing to a much higher level of bonding with clients. He has more than 10 years of experience in the direct selling and advertising fields and has worked with a diverse client list.
