LAS VEGAS – The Public Relations Society of America – Las Vegas Valley Chapter (PRSA-LVVC), an active chapter of more than 100 public relations professionals in Southern Nevada, announced today that Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2013 will be the date for the 17th Annual Pinnacle Awards. The Pinnacle Awards recognize the best and brightest in public relations strategies and tactics, and demonstrate the effective results of public relations.
The annual ceremony will take place at Rocks Lounge inside the Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, located at 11011 W. Charleston Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89131.
Individual tickets and group reservations for the ceremony are on sale at the PRSA-LVVC’s dedicated website for the Pinnacle Awards, www.prsapinnacleawards.com. The event will feature a cocktail hour, dinner and awards presentation.
The awards presentation portion of the ceremony will highlight the top public relations programs as well as tools and techniques utilized in various campaigns throughout Southern Nevada in 2012 and 2013. Additionally, three individual awards are scheduled to be distributed, including honors for Newcomer of the Year, PR Practitioner of the Year and the Roger Buehrer Lifetime Achievement Award.
